The Dean of the College of Law at the University of Karbala, Professor Ahmed Shaker Salman, held an extended meeting with the college’s staff, attended by the Administrative Assistant, Professor Haider Gharib. The meeting aimed to improve work quality, enhance job commitment, and develop administrative performance.
During the meeting, the Dean stated that accurate performance and discipline are two essential pillars for achieving the college’s goals and providing distinguished services to students and the academic community. He emphasized the need for teamwork, as it has a positive impact on work efficiency and achieving desired goals.
The Dean listened to staff contributions regarding the most prominent challenges they face in the work environment, emphasizing his commitment to providing a supportive and stimulating work environment that contributes to raising productivity and achieving job satisfaction.
For his part, the Administrative Assistant highlighted the importance of activating continuous communication between staff and management to ensure the flow of information and achieving integrated administrative performance. He emphasized that the college always strives to develop work mechanisms and achieve the highest standards of quality and transparency.
